Tetris and brain imaging: vaccinating against PTSD

Since the term ‘Shell-Shock’ was coined 100 years ago, psychologists have been investigating traumatic stress. Discover work psychologists at the Medical Research Council's Cognitive and Brain Sciences Unit have undertaken in the lab to understand intrusive memories symptomatic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and how a procedure involving the game’ Tetris’ might protect against them.
