Yea, my mistake. But If it were a tar or gz file, which folder do I
place it in?

Well I guess you would unpack it and place it in
/usr/lib/xscreensaver/

Would if there was such a directory. But there apparently isn't in my
Suse 10 distro.

Yes you do.

You have to be root to see it. Change to root by doing SU and then change
to that folder

cd /usr/lib/xscreensaver

I'm not sure you need to be root to see it, I opened Konqueror, Opened show
terminal emulator typed in cd /usr/lib/xscreensaver and there it was. Also
saw it in Konqueror's directory tree as a normal user w/o terminal. Also
see it in Nautilus 2.12.0 without being root.

This says I don't:

linux:/home/ct # cd /usr/lib/xscreensaver
bash: cd: /usr/lib/xscreensaver: No such file or directory
linux:/home/ct #

I logged in as myself and as root.
