    After Star was an amazing book! When I first started reading, I wasn't sure if I was really going to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the first two books due to the fact that the second book ended pretty straight-forwardly. But this book was just as good as the first two! It was action packed, and full Beast/Tayla love, which was much anticipated.

    Again, we got to meet a ton of new characters in this book as well. I think it was wonderful the way Ashley was able to bring back these characters and create a new story with them. I enjoyed spending time with the recognizable characters again, as well as the new ones.

    I loved the story. I liked how at the beginning it delves right into the story without an explanation. She keeps us guessing before finally divulging a few secrets and clarifying a few uncertain facts. The story itself was fun to read and a great way to learn more about the characters than I even thought there was to know.

    After Star was a great 3rd installment to the Cursed of the Beast series. There were so many twists and turns! I was on edge the whole time! Honestly, I could re-read this series over and over again and it would not get old. I am giving not only this book but the whole series a 5 out of 5 star rating! Absolutely wonderful!!

    Tayla is learning how to protect herself when she comes into contact with other wolves. She is fighting the urge to kill a member of her pack. James is poisoned and will die without an antidote. Tayla is having trouble connecting with the other members of the pack. She goes into the woods to have some time alone and sees Sheila picking mushrooms. She knows that it doesn't seem right, and follows her. She finds out that Sheila is behind the poisoning and gets captured. She also finds out that her best friend has been a hostage for two weeks also. Sheila plans to kill them and James. Great story. Will Sheila's plan work? Will she successfully kill James and Tayla?

    This is the best book of the trilogy! Although book two had a satisfactory ending that didn't leave this reader hanging; After Star reintroduces some characters and Catches the reader in suspense as to whether Tayla and James can finally settle down.But James is deadly wounded and Tayla must enlist the help of her friend, Chel, to help find a cure to save James. Will they succeed in time? The twist and turns kept this reader on the end of her seat unable to put the book down.
