The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service(APHIS) published a Federal Register Notice (FRN) today announcing the test concerning the use of the Partner Government Agency (PGA) Message Set component of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for the electronic submission of trade data required at time of importation and regulated by APHIS Animal Care, Biotechnology and Regulatory Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine, and Veterinary Services.
