There no diplay eccept lots of blue, red, green lines on the monitor, please help

Try another monitor if it works the way it should then it's the other monitor. If the result is the same reboot the computer in safe mode by tapping the f-8 key when you see fhe first splash screen choose safe mode. If it still messed up then you have a graphics problem. Take the computer in and have it tested.
