Job Description:
Qualified candidate will be working in a fast-paced team environment while making appropriate hiring and employment decisions using independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent Select Staffing.
Skills/Requirements:
Responsibilities include delivering customer service to clients needing high quality temporary and regular full-time employees for industrial and clerical jobs, recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating potential applicants, and supervising the productivity and efficiency of the temporary associates through follow up and quality control checks. Must be able to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands. Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a BIG plus.
