Last call on t-shirts

I'm placing the order today. Here is the final art with all the sponsors. Again, please check your logos.

Since the shirts are so expensive, I think we should order 100 (min quant. for the screen printing).

Mens:
8 small
24 medium
40 large
8 XL

Ladies: (women's tees, fitted, but NOT baby tees)
8 medium
12 large

(last I looked 26/120 were women, so the 80/20 breakdown seems ok, esp with the number of female sponsors/organizers)

do sponsors get one? Barb would like a medium for her midnightkitchen sponsorship.
Also are we charging ? Maybe if you pay the suggested donation of $20 you get Tshirt?

I assume we can work out if/what we're charging for door/shirts at our thursday meeting.

I'd really like for all sponsors to get a shirt, if anyone thinks that means we should order more, please speak now. I just sent off the order with the note that if i was going to make any changes to it, I'd do so within the next two hours.

Hi,

The plan currently is that t-shirts will cost $10, in addition to the $20
suggested donation. With the current budget, it's not viable to give
t-shirts away for $20.

I don't think we should give t-shirts to sponsors because:

a) We haven't promised to do so.
b) There's overhead in sending out the t-shirts to the sundry sponsors
c) We didn't plan for it, and as Crystal's indicated, the order is
probably a done deal.
