By popular demand, Essex Time Exchange (ETX) is sponsoring an encore presentation of the documentary "Fixing the Future", featuring David Brancaccio (of public radio’s Marketplace and NOW on PBS) and directed by Emmy-award-winning director and ETX member Mary Olive Smith. It will be shown at the Loft, in SOPAC, South Orange, NJ, on Feb 23, 2014, at 3:00 pm. Admission is FREE.
David Brancaccio will open the program Live! The documentary covers time banking, among other approaches for communities coping with a tight economy, http://fixingthefuture.org. It was the catalyst for the formation of ETX, the local time bank here in Essex Co. See http://essextimeexchange.org/.
