History Talks! with Akhil Reed Amar

You are invited to attend a book signing and presentation by Akhil Reed Amar hosted by the NYC DOE Social Studies Department and the National Archives at NYC as part of the “History Talks!” learning series. He will be discussing his book The Law of the Land: A Grand Tour of Our Constitutional Republic.

Akhil Reed Amar is Sterling Professor of Law and Political Science at Yale University. The author of America’s Constitution and America’s Unwritten Constitution and the winner of awards from the American Bar Association and the Federalist Society, among others, Amar lives in Woodbridge, Connecticut.
