Hard Rock Cafe

Hard Rock Cafe at the Hard Rock Hotel has “Rouge & Booze — A Drag Brunch” with local queen Kitty Litter and her girls on the last Sunday of every month. Bottomless mimosas from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for only $20 per person and New Orleans-style chicken and waffles, biscuits with country gravy, the South of the Border breakfast skillet and hazelnut brandy French take over the menu.

Honey Salt

Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau’s new restaurant serves up brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays with a mix of breakfast fare, sandwiches, pizzas and salads. Look for monkey bread, a weekend fritatta, blueberry pancakes, crunchy Nutella French toast and more. Honey Salt also has weekly cocktail specials during brunch. Look for the bloody Mary caddy with ingredients such as Stoli hot jalapeño and 2nite vodkas, housemade bloody Mary mix, farm fresh vegetables, Tabasco, fresh horseradish, manchego cheese and Slim Jims. The caddy can be shared among diners at a table for $40.

House of Blues

The Gospel Brunch at House of Blues features down home Southern cooking with Creole-Cajun favorites such as the breakfast bananas Foster French toast, spicy jambalaya, creamy cheese grits and more. Carving stations, a salad bar, unlimited shrimp cocktails and waffles with seasonal fruit will fill you up. All of this is capped with amazing gospel music performances within the restaurant. Served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway

Start at the communal table for seasonal cold dishes, pastries and fruits and then wait for servers to roll around with individual dishes that will make you swoon. French toast pops, a breakfast sandwich served New York style, eggs Benedict with filet or chorizo, creamy shrimp and grits with mushrooms and a truffle oil and tater tots in little Chinese takeout boxes are just some of the dishes that come around. You can pick up meats from a vintage carving cart and order unlimited mojitos or caipirinhas for an additional $20. Brunch goes for $40.

Lavo Italian Restaurant

Lavo’s traditional brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with rowdy sibling the party brunch from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturdays. The brunch features sweet and savory options including PB&J pancakes, lobster Benedicts, muffaletta paninis, Nutella crepes and more specialties.

Made.LV

Sundays get a little bit better with the introduction of brunch at Made LV at Tivoli Village features brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Diners can land the Big Easy Benedict with a bacon cheddar biscuit, country ham and creole hollandaise; breakfast tacos made with chicken chorizo, soft scrambled eggs, queso fresco and roasted salsa; “old fashion” French toast sticks with an orange bourbon drizzle, cherries and maple syrup; and steak and eggs with a Wagyu skirt steak, two eggs, roasted potatoes, vine ripened tomato and Made LV steak sauce. Bottomless mimosas, available for $20 per person, also make the menu, as well as the cocktail list and craft beer selection.

Marché Bacchus

Dine outside on Lake Jacqueline at Marché Bacchus, ordering up dishes such as shrimp and grits, braised pork belly Benedict or Le Oeufs en Meurette, a dish with three poached eggs, mushrooms, ham, shallots and Bordelaise sauce. The service also features domestic Sturgeon or Russian Oscietra caviar with traditional accompaniments of crème fraîche, chives, hard-boiled egg and toast.

Mercadito

Mercadito spices up brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sunday at Red Rock Resort. Leading the brunch menu are a variety of Huevos including Huevos Ahogados —poached eggs, crispy corn bread and chipotle-hollandaise sauce — and Tacos de Huevo — scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, black been hash, chile de arbol salsa, avocado and queso fresco.

Mesa Grill

Ranch-style eggs tostada, scrambled eggs with chilaquiles and a blue corn buttermilk waffle are just some of the dishes that make the Saturday and Sunday brunch menu at Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The brunch menu here is small — eggs Benedict, French toast, carmelized apple waffle, corned beef hash and fruit — but it's the view you want on the patio anyway. Go for the bloody Mary bar, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Morels features brunch on the patio with house-cured Scottish salmon gravalox, crab Benedict, banana and mascarpone stuffed French toast and more. Be sure to order up one of the and a handcrafted bloody Marys from a roving cart for a drink crafted table side.

MOzen Bistro

You’d be remiss to neglect Asian and Indian brunch at MOzen Bistro for $58. Tray-passed dishes such as a Tandoori chicken tikka with mustard flavor and mint chutney and Korean pancake with crab, shrimp and scallion tempt. Don’t miss the shrimp and oyster bar next to the sushi station. Save room for the entrees from the menu that change regularly. Now the brunch features a live jazz duo of guitarist and stand up bass. Brunch runs from noon to 2:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Overlook Grill

Bubbles & Brunch at the Bouldevard Pool's Overlook Grill runs every Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. with roving waiters bringing chicken and Waffles with sage-infused maple syrup, huevos rancheros with sunny-side eggs and blue claw crab Benedict with spicy Hollandaise. Be sure to get the monkey bread with caramel and pecans as well as bottomless champagne or mimosas.

Park on Fremont

Park on Fremont has Orange Juice Blues every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Guests can order bloody Marys, bottomless mimosas and savory brunch items such as Easy Break Sandy made with cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, black pepper and mayo on brioche; and the fried chicken and waffle sandwich with Cap’n Crunch fried chicken with applewood smoked bacon waffles and Wild Turkey maple syrup.

Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro

French pastries from Francois Payard are the highlight of this brunch that includes vanilla waffles, brioche French toast and the must-try Payard chocolate waffle. The savory side of the menu features a ham and Swiss cheese quiche, lobster eggs Benedict on a potato waffle and eggs Florentine.

Pizza Rock serves brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sundays with dishes such as breakfast pizzas and a menu of weekend favorites like meatball hash and eggs, eggs Benedict with pancetta and French toast made with focaccia bread.

Postrio

Wolfgang Puck's Postrio erves brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for cinnamon pecan rolls with maple glaze and artisanal charcuterie and cheese with charred eggplant and pickled cauliflower. Dishes include crisp corned beef hash with hen egg and toasted sourdough; a breakfast sandwich with prosciutto, roasted tomato and arugula; and classic eggs Benedict with choice of lobster, smoked salmon or spinach mushroom. Lunchtime fare such as spicy big eye tuna tartare, English pea agnolotti, a Maine lobster club and grilled flat iron steak frites with shoestring potato and red wine-shallot butter also make the menu. Pot Liquor CAS at Town Square serves up smokehouse-influenced goodness that includes a smoke house hash, pulled pork waffles, grilled bacon steak and eggs, and chicken fried steak. Brunch gets served up on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $12.98 or $19.98 with endless Bellinis, mimosas or bloody Marys.

Pub 1842

This Michael Mina pub at the MGM Grand serves up a Sunday brunch starting at 10 a.m. that includes a brisket Benedict, a big fat bacon sandwich with bacon and more bacon and steak frites with a jalapeno hash.

Sammy's Restaurant & Bar

Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar offers brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Look for a $12 brioche French toast; an $11.50 grilled asparagus omelet or scramble with Italian prosciutto, smoked provolone and roasted fingerling potatoes; and a $12 bacon and mushroom pizza topped with egg, tomato, red onion, cheddar and mozzarella. For an additional $10, get bottomless mimosas and for $11, nab $11 red or white sangria or bloody Marys.

Simon Restaurant & Lounge

Kerry Simon dishes up one of the funnest brunches in Vegas where you can arrive in your pajamas and feel at home. Buffets serving up fresh sushi, pressed paninis and a raw bar will fill you up but you can order off the menu for eggs Benedict, French toast crusted with cornflakes and topped with blueberries, buttermilk pancakes or the breakfast pizza with egg, ham, bacon, cheese and gravy. Make your own bloody Mary or just order unlimited Champagne. Save room for the Junk Food Platter, a carnival of Simon’s renditions on Snowballs, cupcakes and Rice Krispie bars.

T&T Tacos & Tequila

The Mariachi Brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. includes two-for-one bloody Marias for $12 and dishes such as a breakfast burrito, huevos con tocino or chorizo, mole huevos rancheros and huevos rancheros.

Tableau

Tableau serves up brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Look for dishes such as duck has and eggs, soft shell crab sandwiches and white chocolate orange French toast among the highlights here.

The Country Club

This Big Easy-inspired brunch from chef Carlos Guia serves up jazz while you move from station to station. Look for the appetizer buffet, grilling stations and a dessert buffet, plus items from the menu to order.

Veranda Restaurant

Pick a spot outside by the pool and then make the rounds at this swanky brunch. A standard omelet station, seasonal pancakes and sausages are on the list, but be sure to check out the fresh peanut butter station with artisan breads, fresh jams and preserves. Most popular though is the chef-attended doughnut machine, where you can pick your glaze, sugars and toppings. Now $39 per person on Saturdays and Sundays.
