The 2024 CP+ show starts next week, what to expect from Nikon?

The 2024 CP+ show starts next week in Japan (February 22-25). Here are the potential new product announcements we may see from Nikon:

As I already reported on several occasions, I expect the Z6III to start shipping after the end of the current Nikon financial year (after March 31, 2024). I do not have an exact announcement date yet and I don’t think it will happen next week, but we may get a development announcement press release during the CP+ show. Again, Nikon wants all the revenue from the new Z6III camera to go to the next financial year, since they are doing pretty good already in the current fiscal year.

Nikon will have both online and in-person events at the CP+ show. Check this dedicated website for additional information.
