    my nike watch totally failed me yesterday at the start of a half marathon!!!

    it refused to link for 6 miles then totally went blank!!! this is after failing to link on a training ruh two weeks ago!!!

    whatever you are doing, it is not working!!!

    the only reason i stay with nike+ is that i have years on running logged with the site. really

    if there is another watch that would register with nike+ please advise... i am done with you all!!!

    This watch is not durable and I do not recommend it if you plan to wear it during any active sport. While taking off my Nike+ Sports Watch, I dropped it about 2 feet onto a hardwood floor and the screen cracked. I called Nike to inquire about a replacement and they instructed me to send it back. After returning the watch, Nike denied my claim without any explanation. I called again to inquire further, and the lack of any explanation from the Nike support service was disappointing. I found this watch to be too fragile for use in any "Sports" activity. Based on my experience, I do not believe that Nike stands behind this product.

    I bought this watch for my daughter 3 months ago. The back is disconnecting from the band. In addition, she runs in college on a track team and says her watch is always the slowest one to get location. I requested to return the watch but was told it was outside of the return window. For a $150 watch, I would expect a better product and at least some offer from Zoot Loot to reimburse or replace. Horrible, horrible customer service. Will never buy again.
