Hampton Terrace: a cut above

Families looking to spend more time together and less time getting from point A to point B should consider checking out the west-end community of Hampton Terrace.
With its location just west of Anthony Henday Drive and north of the Lessard Road exit, the community already offers easy access to many nearby amenities.
“There are already a lot of amenities available in this area —it’s in a well-established part of west Edmonton,” said Camille Garcia, marketing coordinator with Qualico Communities, the developer of Hampton Terrace. “It’s close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping centres, medical centres, the City of Edmonton transportation system and a number of different golf courses and sports and recreation facilities, along with different parks. Hampton Terrace is now in its second phase, with houses being constructed by two reputable builders —Sterling Homes, offering single-family homes, and Rohit Communities, building duplex-style homes. All homes feature front-attached garages.
“Visit our showhomes and decide which style you like best,” suggested Garcia. “If you’re on a tighter budget or looking to downsize, definitely check out the duplexes. If you’re ready for a bigger house, our single-family options are great.”
