 Senior/Principal Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Stockport, England
Salary: GBP35000 - GBP45000 per annum
An excellent opportunity in the Stockport area for a Senior or Principal Mechanical Design Engineers to work within a well developed consultancy on a number of key projects for Blue Chip clients. My client is looking for a safe pair of hands, a team leader and also a technical lead. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long term career with this consultancy and progress through the senior ranks of the practice. Having already established yourself as a successful Mechanical Design Engineer, you will aide the junior members of staff, offering technical support and mentoring them through their careers.

The candidate that they are looking for is an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer, Chartered or approaching that status, looking for a new challenge and to get on board with a progressive and developing consultancy. Carrying a minimum of 6 years experience in previous role/s, you will ideally have a background in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare projects and Clean Room design experience. However experience in other sectors would also be applicable for this opportunity.
As a Senior or Principal engineer, you will be expected to have experience of leading teams or leading projects and be able to implement this experience in this role. Experience of Hevacomp, TAS, IES, AutoCAD or Revit would also be an advantage.
