The Iowa Transition Conference will be held on September 22-24, 2015 at:

There are a limited number of rooms available at the $99.00 + tax conference rate.
Payment Information
Refunds are not available; however, substitutions may be made.

All information must be fully completed or registration will NOT be considered.

Please mail payment along with a copy of the invoice so that your account is accurately credited. Registrations are not compete until payment is received!

Payment must be received within 30 days of registration. For registrations submitted less than 30 days prior to the conference, payment must be received by CESA #11 no later than September 14, 2015.

One person per registration form. If you have multiple registrations for the same district or agency use the same PO or check number to submit the registration form.

Iowa Transition Pre-Conference : September 22, 2015
The Iowa Transition Pre-Conference sessions will be focused on strategies for educators and AEA's.

It will be held on September 22, 2015 at the Coralville Marriott in Coralville, Iowa.

Costs for Tuesday, September 22, 2015:

$65.00 for the half day and includes an afternoon snack. No lunch will be provided.
Iowa Transition Conference : September 23-24, 2015
The Iowa Transition Conference will be held on September 23-24, 2015 at the Coralville Marriott in Coralville, Iowa.

Participants have the opportunity to attend sessions on transition planning, assessment and services appropriate for parents, students, educators, AEA and agencies living, learning and working with students with disabilities.

The conference will also offer an Exhibit Hall to learn more about transition services and products and offer networking opportunities.

Costs:

Wednesday, September 23 is a full day for $100.00 and includes breakfast and lunch

Thursday, September 24 is a half day for $65.00 and includes breakfast with a keynote in the late morning before conference closing. No lunch will be provided.

Thursday, September 24, 2015 *
Participants have the opportunity to attend sessions on transition planning, assessment and services appropriate for parents, students, educators, AEA and agencies living, learning and working with students with disabilities. Thursday is a half day event (8:30 AM - 12:45 PM) and includes breakfast with a keynote in the late morning before conference closing. No lunch will be provided.
