Former Iraqi Weapons Inspector David Kay discusses the extent of the Iranian nuclear threat. Kay, who led inspections in both Gulf Wars, argues that Iran is "80 percent of the way to a functioning nuclear weapon." The National Interest Magazine hosts his speech.
