You like farms, and think the machines are really cool!

Would you like to work on a farm when you grow up?

During this project you will find out about farm animals, farm machinery and jobs to be done on the farm. You will also find out a little bit about how these have all changed over the years.

Making your Presentation.

An adult may have to help with this.

  1. On your computer or tablet, look for a programme to use: Powerpoint, Impress, Photostory are some. Click on the names for instruction sheets.
  2. Start a new project.
  3. Collect some pictures you might want to use, from google images, farm animals or farm machines or take your own photographs.
  4. You can use words (typed) and pictures, and if you can put in sounds as well, that would make it even better. See “Evaluation” to see what makes the best presentation.

Make your poster:

  1. Print out your best pictures, and draw some yourself if you need to.
  2. Stick them on a big sheet of poster paper (nice coloured paper- ask teacher)
  3. Write some labels to tell more about your project. Stick them on as well.
  4. Show the class.
