Writing Together: Ways to support your child’s writing at home
Dear Mitchell Families,

Join us for a parent writing workshop sponsored by the Mitchell School Improvement Team.

Thursday, January 22 6:00-7:30 @ Mitchell School (free childcare available)
OR
Tuesday January 27 6:00-7:30 @ Arbor Meadows Clubhouse (Spanish translation provided)

What: Workshop for parents and caregivers who want to learn more about supporting their child’s writing at home.  

Topics include: How to fit writing into your family routine, how to come up with writing topics, how to build on what you already do at home to support your writer, how to help your child revise his or her writing

Who: Any Mitchell parent or caregiver – especially Kindergarten and First Grade!!! It’s our hope that all Kindergarten and First Grade families join us for one session.

Light refreshments will be provided!
