Maintenance closures

Programme of closures of all the Barrier gates for experiments and testing in accordance with clauses 3 and 4 of the scheme.

The times listed below are given in current local time. The times may vary as a result of a particular experiment or test that the engineers wish to conduct while the river is at their disposal or because of the weather. The closure and re-opening of the gates may commence up to an hour before the times listed below. Very occasionally, closures may be cancelled at short notice for navigational reasons. Please telephone the day before to check.
