[INFOBANK] Collection of LG L9 FACTORY KDZ ROMS, ROOT, BB, BL, SOURCES, etc.

First of all,yes,my phone is LG P768,after i flashed it shows that my phone is P768g (which is fine i guess)
Second of all, i used this method to flash it http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?p=36351786 (i'm surprised that you have to ask because i thought it was the only way to flash rom on LG L9 in general)
Third of all,I'm also a Noob so i don't know why Mexico users are saying that the sim is locked but i can still make calls,recieve calls,messages and mobile internet like usual(in the case of Mobile Internet i have to go to settings and add VPN but it's no biggy)
And finally,The Rom is amazing.It's fast but there;s still problems such as:
-A lot a useless bloatware from TELCEL
-The Optimus theme icon pack has been modified so it's quite ugly
-And maybe this is because i tried to change lockscreen to Xperia Z before i flashed but now the lockscreen is Stock Jellybean.
P.s:I will upload some pictures soon ,btw , i think the way we take Screenshots in JB is different from ICS ?

All operators locks sims, its normal in Mexico, you cant use a movistar sim with Telcel phone
Todos los operadores bloquean sus sim, es normal en Mexico, no puedes usar un Sim de movistar en el telefono de Telcel, ni un Sim de Telcel en un telefono de Movistar.

Yeah you see,i think people are worried whether they can use they carrier instead of TELCEL but i'm still a noob so i don't know if the Bootloader is locked

I can only answer the first part. The data plan is dependent on your SIM so the phone being unlocked shouldn't affect anything. Hope that helps.

You can use a Movistar SIM with a Telcel phone if the phone is unlocked. You can use it with any unlocked phone.

We are talking about sim unlocking so you can use any sim in a phone.

P765 V20A BHARAT (INDIA) AND V20B CIS
P760 V20A TURKEY AND V20C SWISS

Finally Bharat (India) also gets JB but V20A. Is that kind of Birthday Gift for me on 19 Apr?

Now I can use BASEBAND from V20A (perfectly made for India) and still use V20D rom of HongKong, the latest one

Do you want to know how I will do it?

I have P765 V20D HongKong which is perfectly working on my phone. But my Baseband is P765 V10G (ICS BB) India. So I have opportunity to upgrade it with Baseband of P765 V20A (JB BB) India.

1) I will first take nandroid (CWM) backup on external sdcard in TAR format.

2) I will then flash V20A India with offline flash method. Will start phone and check if its working fine. (This will flash new JB Baseband with new KDZ)

3) Now as my phone is unlocked, I will push CWM with fastboot mode. And then will flash SUPERSU (ROOT) from CWM menu. Will start phone normally and check if everything is fine.

4) Now restore back the nandroid backup of V20D. Restore CWM backup does not affect Baseband coz it cannot write BB. Radio related or hardware supported files are NOT changed in CWM mode, so JB BB remains.

This way I will be back on V20D HK rom with V20A baseband India. With some common sense, you can also improve the network and call related issues, "if you are using KDZ roms from other countries."

EDIT: My above plan worked like a charm. Kind of habit to me now

From V20A to V20D all were 4.1.2 (like this). right now on V20D

Its better to flash kdz offline rather than waiting for the update, it does no harm to device. Or u can wait patiently. :laugh:

Download rom from link in Opening post here and flash on mobile with offline fix method. I never got OTA till date on my phone due to various roms I keep flashing. I think I flashed at least 50+ times, sometimes 2/3 times in a day.
