Italian-Themed Food Court Headed for South First
Regal Ravioli to anchor new lot beginning in July

The new owner of the empty lot at 1502 S. First has reconsidered and is leasing space to food trucks again, but this time with a definite Italian flavor. Fresh pasta favorite Regal Ravioli will be the lot's first tenant.
Company founder Zach Adams told us this morning the greater visibility of the South First lot was the "catalyst for the move. We've enjoyed working with the Flying Carpet and Cheke's Takos on Oltorf but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to anchor a new Italian-themed trailer park in a more visible location. We're excited for the prospect of growth this move will bring our business," Adams explained.
Look for the popular fresh pasta vendors to open for dinner only at the new South First location on Monday, July 7 or thereabouts. According to Adams and his partner in Regal Ravioli's busy mobile trailer, Chuck Stephens, they will be joined on the lot by Clint Elmore's Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza trailer called 40 North in August.
If all this talk about fresh pasta has you craving some, drop by the Long Center for this month's Trailer Food Tuesday tonight from 5-9pm and where Chuck Stephens will be serving from the mobile Regal Ravioli truck.
