How much longer will KNSC be in a quiet period? ................ As long as it takes DTC to remove chill. Be patent we are working on it. Ex management did allot of toxic financing with Asher and others so this needs to be fixed!

Message boards state SIPC and KNSC are merging. Is this accurate?...................No. One has nothing to do with another!
Also, that the hostile takeover of the "recently ceased marijuana company" is no longer happening. Is this correct? ............... ???? Yes there is a targeted MJ company. It may not be PHOT as they are non responsive. They are up to their eyeballs with SEC matters
And if so, is KNSC still looking to have a relationship with the "recently ceased marijuana company"?....................Yes theres a MJ company thats being targeted
If these updates are accurate, is management still positive in thinking 5 cents per share is a reasonable value without a reverse stock split? .......................YES!

And now we're on the pink sheets per OTCMarkets.com? I thought you guys said we had a year before that applied to us? .................... Looks like OTC Markets makes rules and changes them as they go along to fit whatever criteria they are dealing with at the time. Management is trying hard not to sub come to their drastic reverse split policy and other imposed nonsense. We have always been and remain pro retail shareholder advocate.
