What exploits will be fixed on next patch?

Trying to plan ahead here, to make a build for when patch comes and would like clarification on what is considered an exploit so I dont end up, unknowingly, with a character relying on an exploit.

Alpha Houl will no longer give +2 to auras if you no longer equip it. I assume the same will go for Prism Guardian right?

1) Will casting 3 auras with reduced mana on a 4 link and then removing the reduced mana to put in some other skill (enduring cry for example) still work or will the Auras revert back to full cost/be removed from buff?

2) Will Malachai/Covenant still be allowed to be used to reserve auras from life and then remove them to reserve from mana or is this also an "exploit"?

P.S. Next time, please fix "exploit" faster. I waited a long time before making a build that uses these "exploits" thinking that they were going to get fixed. Instead, they remained in the game forever and people were saying that they were "working as intended" uniques so I fell for it and made two end game characters dependent on this which will now be useless.

Those exploits were always known as exploits, and weren't "working as intended". Don't expect anything to work that way far into the future.

One of the things about this game is that it will constantly change, there will always be cool new tricks with new skills, and unforeseen glitches with certain gear/skill combinations. You can be sure they will eventually be balanced or fixed if a lot of people are abusing the glitches, but with all the new content and push for release, there isn't much time to patch working game mechanics.
they've always maintained the position that these were going to be fixed eventually
from what i understand only the alpha howl +2 thing and the sceptre thing.

Anyway really? I mean i have used those tricks too and ggg is perfectly fine with that but i have always known they would be fixed , they have stated this a lot of times.Lets just say listening to random dudes in the internet isnt something u should do.
Never rely on an exploit to complete a build.
When you change areas and your auras are put back on your character, they will exist based on the current state of the aura skill - the effect of all the stats in the aura, the amount reserved, and what resources is reserved, will all set to correct values based on the state of the skill at that time.

We're looking into options for how we can make these things also happen at the time the changes are made, if you're not in town, but for now they'll only be when you change areas - don't expect that to last forever.

I can't wait, very excited to hear this news.

Are there plans to do the same for other things that persist between zones, like minions?

So I'm guessing this includes blood magic such as activating while wearing the covenant and later change chest piece?
Also, could you die from it? Like if you play a lowlife build with shavronne's wrappings, have a blood magic + reduced mana linked to your auras but then remove the reduced mana. If you then change zone and the aura cost exactly your remaining life, you'd die from it?
