- To Consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results (UFR) for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, the Trading Window as described in 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company will remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company for the above purpose from November 10, 2014 to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement. |
