Unforeseen Destiny (Forever Series Book 3) Kindle Edition

4.9 out of 5 stars 10 ratings

Ashlynn, Grace and McKoy have been friends since junior high. They have been there for each other through thick and thin; through abuse in more ways than one can imagine, and ultimately, through tragedy. Despite the tests their friendships have endured, it is nothing in comparison to the betrayal their circle is about to encounter.

Ashlynn and Grace have both settled down in happy marriages and McKoy has a pain in her heart from the ache of her missing this in her life. Her friends’ marriages have a passion and an always forgiving love that she can only dream of. Now it is McKoy’s turn to get her happily ever after… Her soulmate… or so she thought.

McKoy Snyder, since age 14, had her future completely planned out. She was going to run her granddaddy’s winery and be happily married with two kids by age 30. She was madly in love with the one man that she thought was meant for her, Beau Evans. Beau had his own plans for life and they did not include McKoy.

McKoy’s dominoes start tumbling down, and she finds out that life doesn’t always go as planned. All her plans, hopes and dreams are demolished and she is crippled by the heartache. Her world as she knows it starts to take a drastic turn and she has to start making decisions she never thought she would be faced with. McKoy has to decide whether to rise to the challenge or be defeated.

As McKoy finally accepts she is alone, Dr. Grayson Moore walks into her life and he immediately falls for her. Grayson is tall, dark, handsome and sexy as hell. He desires to embrace McKoy for who she is, and to show her love like she’s never had.

Can she heal from the heartbreak from the losses she encounters?

Will she let the man that very well could be her future walk away?

I currently reside outside of Austin, Texas. I'm a mother of 2 amazing kiddos and married to my gorgeous soulmate for almost 20 years. I have a full time job in the medical field but would rather be spending my time writing! I love to spend my free time reading, being outside and playing with my family and 4 fur babies. I started to write at the instinct of "hey maybe I can do that!" and haven't stopped since. I have enjoyed every step of the journey. I am blessed to have very supportive friends and family that make my life worth living!

Nice end to the trilogy...Has some pretty intense moments! It's written from everybody's point of view so you get a 360° perspective which I really liked. Can't wait for the next Brooklyn Taylor series!

I received an copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion…….

Book experiences it all- birth, love, aging, and death. Emotional heartbreak from page one. Here's an excerpt: "a part of me dying, a part of me dead, a part of me gone forever. Cried till nothing left-tears are dry. Losing him and the child he will never meet".

McKoy has her life mapped out and she believes this includes Beau, who has been in and out of her life for ten years. She still believes he's the one and when she tells him, she's pregnant he wants nothing to do with the baby. They have a circle of friends- Ashlynn/Cooper, Grace/Kyle and learn Beau isn't what they believed growing up. In between this comes Grayson who falls head over heels with McKoy quickly and wants to spend rest of his life proving that he will be there for her and the baby. Picture perfect, think again. Beau has destroyed McKoy, her kindness, willingness and her trust. Grayson proves to her that he is her future, Beau is her past. McKoy/Grayson find out some devastating news on the baby and decided they will follow their heart and raise baby regardless of outcome. Her parents are less than supportive and only her grandad supports her decision besides her friends.

Where does the excerpt come from? Unconditional twist you didn't see coming. The ending has one of the greatest quotes that all should live by- "live life to fullest, love the hardest and also be grateful for your blessings. Everything else...".

After reading book three and knowing about the other characters, you'll definitely want to go back and read book one and two to get full story on her friends. You can read this out of order cause the author fills you in so that you can see glimpses of prior events in this story. Can be read as a standalone.

OMG can i say i did NOT see that coming at all!! You think out of the 3 friends that McKoy would have been the first to get hitched, she had been with her boyfriend forever he was the perfect guy that everyone approved of. But when McKoy takes things into her own hands to get the ring well lets just leave it at that...Now McKoy is left alone with the weight of the world on her shoulders and if afraid to tell anyone the big news.

As the third installment in the Forever Series, I found the conclusion to be a fantastic round-up. Often Authors neglect previous characters in their series, however Brooklyn keeps you well informed of the other staring characters. By the third installment you are captivated by each and every character. Their pain is your pain. Their happiness is your happiness.

I applaud Ms. Taylor’s use of what makes a “happy ending.” Life doesn’t always go as planned, and it was refreshing to read about a character who thought she wanted a particular life, when really there was a better life just waiting to be discovered. McCoy’s journey was moving and motivational. EXCELLENT BOOK! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received this for an honest review. I have to say that this was a very good book and very enjoyable read. I loved that this book was McCoy's book.
McCoy has had her life and love planned since she was a young girl. Just like life to not turn out the way you thought.
I found this book to be very good and a bit confusing at times. Why confusing do you ask because there were so many different POV that I found it hard at times to keep up with the different POVs of the characters. I would have liked to see McCoys story just have the main POVs. I really enjoyed this book because of the struggles and the overcoming of the struggles and finding that one person that was meant.

I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

Unforeseen Destiny is the third book in the Forever Series by Brooklyn Taylor. This is a different story of romance because you have several different povs. Sometimes this can get confusing but overall the story was good. Mckoy Snyder think she has her life planned. That is until her boyfriend leaves her. Now she doesn't want a man. Dr. Greyson Moore is a man who knows what he wants and will not stop until he get it including showing Mckoy how to love again. But can she let her walls down long enough for love? I would recommend this book as will as the ones before this.
