| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lee & Nee Softwares Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2014, has approved the follows:
- Mr. S.M.Gupta placed before the Board that endeavours are being made to achieve the settled up targets in the software division. However efforts are also been made in the area of customized development of software services into ERP division. But the results have not yet come. There is still room for the further improvement. The Chairman asked the Board to take note of it & speed up the effects.
