People who regularly live, work and enjoy 18th Street between Wazee and Wynkoop in Lower Downtown Denver request that RTD reconsider routing new bus traffic through this area now and in the future.  We are very concerned about the inequity of proposed bus routes and about preserving the health and quality of life as our community continues to prosper.  Specifically:    •dramatic increase in pollution, congestion and noise,  •decrease in property values, •decrease in egress in and out of garages and alleys, and •decrease in pedestrian safety.   Therefore, we request that consideration be given to alternative bus routes that benefit both RTD and the LoDo Community.
