IndyCar driver visits Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – IndyCar driver Stefan Wilson visited patients at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital Wednesday afternoon.

While there, Wilson passed out autographed cards, as well as Racing for Kids baseball hats.

Stefan Wilson is the younger brother of late Formula One and IndyCar driver Justin Wilson, who died following a crash in August of 2015. Now Stefan is hoping to carry on his brother’s legacy by making a difference in the lives of children.

“(Justin) did a lot of Racing for Kids events and it’s great to be here today and carrying that tradition on of visiting some patients and hopefully making their day just a little bit better,” Stefan Wilson said.

Stefan is attempting to qualify for this year’s Indianapolis 500.
