Rolf, a helpless Down's syndrome man is only 1 of countless other victims left dead behind this barbaric water scam so his properties could be taken by fraud.  Here in the Tower District, clearing the path for the upcoming high-speed rail project! 

Properties are being discharged with sewage as City pays risk analyst to lie about the cause. Reconstruction without permits / inspections on top of the altered underground utilities.  Trail of illness, infections, respiratory, amputations, deaths.  Refusal to test soil - per risk analyst, "Not my job."  Upon the trail of deaths, "Not my problem."  Officials refusing help or reports, altering evidence as our Justice System is used to commit PERJURY!  City of Fresno also issuing sexual harassment and threats for exposing the heinous crimes being committed against innocent property owners. 

Rolf was happy and healthy until the City of Fresno zeroed in on him.  Neighbors also left dead.  Please help seek justice for Rolf and countless others by signing this petition for an investigation into the atrocities taking place in Fresno, CA.
