Best values are calculated based upon minimums. 1500 texts for Textr. 80 mins for Talkr. 240 Mb for Data. We try to come as close as possible to the minimum with available addons (at the lowest cost.) Then divided by the total cost for the per $ value.

It is assumed with Best Value, that nothing else matters. So the total cost of the plan is used.		Provides the lowest value.
