With the Kentucky Derby on their bucket list, James Denk and his group of his friends opted to spend a bachelor party at Churchill Downs.

James Denk, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, came to the Kentucky Derby for a bachelor party.

The 10 men got down Thursday and have enjoyed Louisville so far – Denk said he loves how friendly everyone is.

“It’s better than Vegas,” said Denk, from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. “There are prettier women down here.”

Denk wanted to – and did stand out – in his dollar-printed suit, as he said he’s been posing for pictures with people throughout the day. He’s hoping that it will bring him luck with his Derby pick, McCraken.

“I was the last one" to pick an outfit, he said. “I found this one for a cheap price. … I loved it.”
