Free to Play

Virtrium offers options for unlimited time free-to-play and time limited free-to-play. These account options are designed to allow people to play Istaria for free, with minimal limitations. Besides the in game service limitations which are outlined on the community site here, the following limitations also apply:

• Customer Support will not transfer characters between or from any account that utilizes a Free-To-Play account service.
• Free-To-Play accounts are limited to new accounts only.  Existing accounts with characters do not qualify for the Free-To-Play subscription type.
• The Free-To-Play subscription type is the only subscription which does not qualify to stack with other subscription types or additional account services such as the Spread the Word program plot slot, or Additional Character Slot Upgrade.
• Accounts which used the time-limited Free Trial can not be changed to later use the Free-To-Play option.

Virtrium LLC reserves the right to makes changes in this policy at any time, without notice. Please check each time you use our Website in order to review any changes in our Free-To-Play Policy. At the bottom of our Free-To-Play Policy is the date indicating when it was last updated.
