    It really does have it all on a roller coaster ride... and to leave it hanging was just brilliant (or unfair?)...

    This story picks right up at ending of book #1 in this series (Moonstone Dreams). After suffering a complete mental breakdown Victoria finds herself in a mental institution. Her abusive husband Frank has left her for another woman, she never made her meeting with the love of her life Collin, and her breakdown have completely shattered her world leaving her feeling lost and unsure of what she should do next.

    Nothing is ever easy or simple for Victoria. As she finally begins to gain some control of her life and is trying to move on from losing Collin an old friend emerges who stirs feelings in her that she isn't quite sure she is ready for. Her friendship with Preston is as easy now as it was when they were kids and though she is attracted to him, she knows it is Collin that she still wants.

    When finally reunited with Collin things are different. Outside obstacles and bad decisions on both parts stress their happiness. Though their chemistry is undeniable will their love be strong enough to endure what lies before them? Will Victoria stop keeping things from Collin? Has Collin changed so much in their time apart?

    Just when you think things can't be more perfect demons from the past emerge to destroy all that is good…will they survive or will this be the end?

    I can't even begin to describe how many times I had to put my tablet down for a few minutes because I was too mad at either Victoria or Collin to keep reading without the fear of throwing it against the wall! This book had me questioning integrity, loyalty, and innocence vs. guilt of the characters. There were surprises that had me gasping and bad decisions that had me cursing like a sailor at the stupidity! I am telling you I was a wreck…and the ending about killed me!!! I can't wait for the third book in the series to find out what happens! I have so many questions that need to be answered as to what happened with different characters it's killing me. S.C. Miotto has done another fabulous job and needs to be on your radar, if she isn't already! This is a series for anyone looking for a sweet love story filled with angst, suspense, and surprised balanced with just the right amount of toe curling sex that isn't so graphic there is nothing left to the imagination. If that's you go one-click Moonstone Dreams (book #1) and Diamond Love (book #2) for an emotional ride we can all relate to in some way.

    Diamond Love is the second book in this turmoiled romantic series. I suggest reading the premier book first, Moonstone Dreams. Just makes it a little easier to follow the storyline. This book carries on as Victoria is trying to pick up the pieces from her abusive broken marriage. Afraid, mentally unstable and alone, she's doing her best to restart and figure out her purpose and life happiness. Of course a main focus is on who will help mend her broken heart.
    Maybe she should go for a much younger man? Hint, hint!
    And don't fret because there's no shortage of streamy sex scenes that are guaranteed to get you all hot and bothered!
    What can I say? Miotto has done it again! Read it cuz I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!
