In a game that was delayed due to a swarm of bees, Walker ended up creating the buzz. Sorry. The first baseman homered in the fourth inning off Landon Knack, but the big blow was a two-run shot in the bottom of the 10th off Nabil Crismatt to give Arizona the victory. Walker has homered in two of his last three games, and he’s up to 7 on the season with an .890 OPS and 22 RBI.

The Seattle pitching staff has been dominant over the past two weeks, and Castillo kept the run going. The 31-year-old ace allowed just three hits with one walk, and he struck out seven in a game where he wasn’t really challenged. Castillo was disappointing in his first three starts, but he’s been anything but over the last three weeks. He’ll face the Twins in Minnesota next week.

Montgomery presumably went through his entire usual pregame routine prior to Tuesday’s showdown against the Dodgers before the removal of a bee colony that formed behind home plate resulted in a two-hour delay. It’s an unfortunate break for fantasy managers as the 31-year-old left-hander loses a start to one of the more bizarre incidents in recent memory.

Caratini’s second home run of the season came in dramatic fashion while also helping the Astros complete a comeback that started with a three-run deficit in the first inning. On a night when the Astros homered three times and sent two three-run bombs into the seats, it was Caratini’s two-run homer in extras that sent fans home happy. Down 9-8 in the bottom of the 10th and with two outs, Caratini was brought on to pinch hit for Jake Meyers and wasted little time at the plate to secure the win, ripping a 1-0 fastball from Hunter Gaddis into the stands for the walk-off win. Caratini has hit in three straight games but has appeared in only 14 games this season. Despite the big night in a clutch spot, he can remain on waivers for next week.

The tall right-hander didn’t allow a single baserunner while striking out one and picking up his seventh save of the season. He has been solid since taking the closer’s job from Will Smith, posting a 2.63 ERA on the year. While there have arguably been better pitchers in the Royals’ bullpen, McArthur is the clear favorite for saves and that isn’t likely to change any time soon.

Larnach was part of a two-run ninth inning that saw the Twins tie the game and later take the lead thanks to his RBI single that scored Carlos Correa. Larnach closes out the first month of the season, hitting a solid .394, and is riding a five-game hitting streak heading into May. Perhaps even more impressive is the fact that he has totaled two or more hits in his last four games.

Ragans was removed from the game in the seventh inning with a calf cramp, but he remained in the dugout and there seems to be no concern about his status going forward. The left-hander was effective on Sunday with nine strikeouts and three walks. He also posted a 28 percent whiff rate and 30 percent CSW thanks to a strong effort from both his four-seam and change-up. He now has a 3.44 ERA on the season and is a must-start every time out, including this weekend against the Brewers.

Abreu had the hardest hit ball of the day with a 114.4 mph triple in the fourth inning and then also added a 95.8 mph double in the third inning. The 24-year-old is now slashing .316/.391/.526 with 12 RBI and has been one of the better hitters in fantasy baseball since becoming an everyday player in Boston. While he will likely cool down at some point, his minor league track record points to a power/speed profile that should be useful in all fantasy leagues.

Webb allowed just two extra-base hits, but the Red Sox tagged him early and often on Tuesday as Webb allowed an average exit velocity on balls in play of 99.5 mph. However, it just seems like a bad outing. He struggled to find the command of his changeup, which led to just a 13 percent whiff rate and the Red Sox hitters were able to tee off when he did land his pitches in the strike zone. We wouldn’t read too much into it and would still start Webb even in a tough matchup against the Phillies this weekend.

Adames put the Brewers on the board with a sacrifice fly in the first inning but sent a three-run blast into the stands in the fifth inning to give the Brewers a comfortable 6-1 advantage. It was a strong way for Adames to close out a month in which he slashed .270/.369/.441 while belting four homers and driving in 17 runs. He’s also scored 16 runs. He’s hitting for a solid average and providing plenty of runs scored and runs driven in, making for a solid player across multiple categories heading into May.
