Keysmash Mental Health Survey
“Keysmash” is a play and dialogue project from Rising Youth Theatre in partnership with Bring Change to Mind and the Laloboy Foundation that brings youth and adults across a wide range of backgrounds together to talk honestly and compassionately about mental health, sharing personal stories and learning our community’s story. We know that especially right now, amidst the significant challenges our communities are facing, young people need and deserve space to think and speak about their own experience of mental health, and work with each other and the adults in their lives to grow their capacity to live a healthier life connected to community. We believe that through this project we can both radically imagine a dream for a community of care while also providing tools for immediate support. Keysmash will premiere in May 2022.

As the Keysmash ensemble is creating this play, we want to learn from you about your experiences with mental health. Please fill out the survey below. There are not any right or wrong answers- we just want to hear from you about your personal experience.

The information gathered through this survey will become part of the performance and dialogue project. We will never use identifying information about you. We will also keep in touch with you about how you can get involved with the project and see the show.

Thank you!
