Job Title: Technical Coordinator
Salary: Circa £23,000
Location: Cambridgeshire

Our Client is a successful company in the FMCG sector and is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced team. Reporting into the Technical Manager you support the technical team, ensuring technical and quality policies are adhered too. The outstanding candidate will be motivated to hit KPI’s, providing analytical data analysis and ensuring products are safe and legal.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Manage Specifications ensuring they are up to date and communicated in a timely manner.
• Ensure technical and quality policies met including all aspects of safety and legal compliance.
• Implement new ways of continuous development to meet customer requirements and comply with legislation.
• Communicate with customer daily and where appropriate fulfil customer reporting requirements.
• Participate in an internal audit schedule ensuring that the audit drives continuous change.
• Supporting the process of ensuring technical/quality systems remains robust.
• Support Commercial and Cross-functional teams by providing technical input.
• Ensure all company culture and values are at the forefront of your mind during decision making.
• Attend any training that is scheduled by the company.
• Assist line manager in any tasks that are asked of you.

The right person for this job will have experience working in a technical and quality capacity in the FMCG sector. You will need to have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a diplomatic but tenacious personality in order to get the job done right.
