Our client is a leading agricultural plant breeding business, due to continued expansion and restructuring, they are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join the team and play a vital role.
Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
• Supporting the Head of department to create a strategy for developing and increasing the business within seed treatment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts and suppliers
• Become a technical specialist within this sector to help understand market requirements and drive strategy and initiatives and sales
• Liaising with Marketing, develop and deliver a marketing plan raising profile
• Develop new product forms and become the lead person in the UK industry for new products
