WILDERNESS FESTIVAL (2nd - 5th August)      Set up Wed 1st / leave Mon 6th


We provide the tent, the tickets, the car pass, the decor, the music, the electric hook up, the atmosphere, the card machine for credit and debit card sales, the name and the reputation (not to mention tea, support and a community) All you have to do is come with your stock and stall set up - we take care of everything else.

Your pitch size is 8ft x 4ft (your biggest piece of furniture / prop cannot be bigger than 6ft x 2ft and we cannot accept cage-like market structures)
The price is £500  with NO other hidden costs bar a £20 fee if you choose to use our card machine to take payments

(Oxfordshire) Older, middle / upper class West London crowd with money.... lot's of it... and taste. Traditionally Wilderness is hugely lucrative for designers - we are bang in the middle of site and money seems to flow through the tent!


Stall design is an integral part of how we select and curate you. Before you apply please consider that you have the time and ability to be able to design and fabricate an original and eye catching stall. If we haven't worked with you before we will ask you for a design and talk through your ideas so please think about this. Bad 'market' stalls stick out like a sore thumb in Secret Emporium.

You will receive an invoice as way of acceptance.
By paying this invoice you secure and book your space but until you pay that invoice your space is NOT secure.
You will have a MONTH FROM THE INVOICE DATE TO PAY, after that month the place will be offered to the reserve list.
