Greetings from London, as Iām here for theĀ Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Executive Forum to speak on 'Using creativity & innovationĀ to lead in the digital ageā.
Last week I spoke at the NASA cross-industry innovation summit and it was incredible to be in Houston againĀ together with leaders from many different sectors, from government,Ā education, the arts to exchange the latestĀ insights onĀ cross-sector innovation.
Besides speaking at the conference, getting a VIP tour, meeting a guy with a LEGO arm, I also got to do 2 sessions for NASA leadership later inĀ the week, for which I got aĀ wonderfulĀ recommendation from NASAās HR Director.
And just before the summer I was also in the USĀ interviewing leaders at Pfizer, Fedex and the FCLC (Fan-Controlled Football League) onĀ cross-industry innovation, the first videos are out!

The last months Iāve delivered multiple keynotes on cross-silo leadership & team collaboration (burst out of the bubble) and on smarter approaches for sustainability. There is still so much we can still learn from other organisations in totally different sectors, to come up with new beautiful combinations. The key is to understand āhowā to do this transfer.
