Healdsburg Unified School District Parent LCAP Survey 2017-18
Every year the Healdsburg Unified School District (HUSD) engages in a process to reflect and review on programs and services provided to students and families.  We value input from students, parents and teachers.  Please answer the questions below to reflect your opinion. If you have children at more than one HUSD campus please complete a separate survey for each student/campus.  This survey is confidential.  Your name is not collected and the information contained in the survey will only be used by Healdsburg Unified School District  to assist in planning.
