Salary: GBP55000 - GBP60000 per annum + Car Alowence
Large Independent Structural Engineering consultancy located in central Manchester are looking to appoint an Associate/Office Director. This consultancy specialise within Residential High Rise, Apartment blocks and Urban Regenerations scheme. Due to securing several new builds (£80m High Rise) and refurbishment works they are looking to expand the Structural team to cope with the growing demand.
The role will be to develop opportunities and then control the technical output of large structural engineering projects in medium/large scale commercial, and retail projects. This Consultancy currently has a presence in the North West and Yorkshire. They are looking to appoint a Chartered Structural Engineer who is looking to build and develop their own office, ideally within the Building Structures market (open to other areas).
The successful applicant should be a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in the buildings sector who is looking to run their own division. You will be reporting into the Managing Director, but have autonomy of your own team.
