If nobody can address to me (by letter, email, etc) from my personal matters (see letter below), but use my kind (children) to repeat ex/husband direct words and interference into my private life, when friend of husband from DWP staff  (Elaine Grant, DWP Altrincham, see letter), instead the services in the community, then why I am paying taxes (poll tax, etc) for services, refuse my claims with any excuses on time, because my kind (children) do not work for such places and I never interfere into their own private life / world.
