Please join us to hear about Dr. Kia Davis’s current research with NC childcare professionals. Dr. Davis is a postdoctoral fellow with the Cancer Health Disparities Training Program at the School of Public Health and the Center for Health Equity Research in the School of Medicine. She will be sharing preliminary data from a cross-sectional, mixed methods pilot study that was designed to assess: 1) the various sources of stress childcare professionals experience at work and at home and 2) how they felt this stress impacted their engagement in health enhancing or damaging behaviors.
