Index Support and Resistance for Tuesday (9/27/2016)

The first Presidential Political Debate is history.  I get the impression Mr. Trump doesn’t watch the television program “Blue Bloods“, starring Mr. Tom Selleck, as I’m pretty certain “stop and frisk” in New York City, was an issue covered by one of the programs, and it doesn’t work.  Per the math, in approximately 5 million “stop and frisks” conducted, only about 0.2 percent found a weapon … not even one percent.  The RIGHT to Keep and Bear Arms is a Second  Amendment, Bill of RIGHTS, Constitutionally protected RIGHT, and the US Constitution specifically states that RIGHT shall not be infringed.  U.S. and State Governments aren’t just seeking  to un-Constitutionally license a RIGHT, they are actually doing it.  That brings to light concerns that other Constitutionally protected RIGHTs could be required to be “licensed.”   The two primary drivers of the US and State governments, IMHO, seeking to license a Constitutional RIGHT, is (a) licensing revenue and income, and (b) government’s intrusive gathering, collecting, and sharing  of information.
Law enforcement should focus on individuals associated with criminal acts, and  weapons used in criminal acts … like gang violence, drugs trafficking, et cetera.  It would also help, if elected officials would stop trying to “license” US Constitution RIGHTS.

Groups and Individuals A to Z have discussed and debated the “shall not be infringed” wording of the RIGHT to keep and bear arms and concluded “permits” are an infringement of that RIGHT.  However, Groups and Individuals A to Z have discussed and debated the Second Amendment lack of wording on the purchase, or gifting, of arms and ammunition … and have concluded that the U.S. and state governments could require licenses to purchase arms and ammunition.  Groups and Individuals A to Z have also concluded the U.S. and state governments could still collect licensing revenue from every citizen seeking to Constitutionally arm and protect themselves and their families by switching to a “purchase” license and identification for firearms and ammunition.

…. more on this topic later.
