Personality;; Gleam had always been a reclusive fellow. It was an attribute he both enjoyed and despised. However, that wasn't an uncommon trait among his brethren. In fact, he knew many Wind Reaper's not unlike himself. Although most humans were often terrified of his race, Gleam had noticed that his skull and glistening scales made him stand out. Some had gone to the extent of calling him a harbinger. This had seemed excessive and not to mention hurtful.

Now, Gleam had never considered himself frail. He prided in his stamina. During the fruiting season, he would travel down acres to get a taste of his favorite fruit, pears. They grew in warmer climates, far from his wintry cave. Despite of this, Gleam was determined. At the highest peak of noon, he would make his way to the human village where plump pears grew as far as the horizon stretched. The grounds were often deserted and Gleam would devour dozens before scampering away back to his refuge. By the time he reached his home, the moon was always there to greet him.

When it was bitter cold and the frost bit his wings, Gleam longed for company. He never liked to admit it but over the lonesome years, he had developed into quite the hopeless romantic. He dreamt of days where he would find the perfect mate who was akin to him. He would attempt to imagine what it would be like, but subsequently get frustrated and the solitude would close in. Gleam felt small during these times.

However, in spite of all of this, he found joy in the little things. Gleam loved to watch the sunrise. The rays basked over him making his skin glisten and glimmer. It warmed him throughout his whole body from the back of his neck to the tip of his tail. Life was lonely, but it was simple and easygoing. Gleam cherished it as much as he could.

Astraea is a loner and very timid. When she explores she sticks to the shadows to keep herself hidden. She also doesn’t trust those she doesn’t know and will watch hidden until she discovers if they are a threat or not. Even if she is alone most of the time, she is very imaginative and finds ways to entertain herself. She loves making up games, collecting odd stones and leaves, and pretending to go on “epic” quests.

Astraea is a loner at heart but has a handful of very close friends. She can go weeks without seeing them but as soon as they are back together it is as if they had never been apart. It takes a lot for Astraea to trust someone enough to be a true friend, but as soon as they are she is very loyal.

When Astraea is upset or irate about something she will go off on a tangent or tirade to one of her close friends (or a poor unsuspecting nearby animal if her friends are not around). It is the way she lets off steam, as she dislikes confronting others.

Astraea has an odd talent of being able to run and glide at excessive speeds through the mountains. She will weave in and out of boulders and glide over cliffs without getting into an accident, somehow… Even Astraea isn’t sure how she does it. It helps that she somehow always knows the direction she is traveling (much to the annoyance of her friends).

One word to describe Az’s home, disorganized. It looks like a tornado blew through her home. Astraea likes to call it organized chaos as she somehow always knows where everything is. It doesn’t help that Az is an incessant fidgeter. She cannot sit still and will always be found playing haphazardly with a stone or stick.

Astraea’s favorite food is surprisingly not pine cones, like most Reapers, but the rare green cherry. She will scour high and low to find some of her favorite treats, and guard them ferociously. This is one of the few times when this shy Reaper will defend her prize instead of hiding in the shadows. [361 words]

Personality;; Kar is a scoundrel, to put it lightly. he was raised as a scavenger, a lowlife, and generally a shady reaper. Unlike many other Reapers, Karcass eats meat, in abundance. He is a carnivore through and through. His stomach has changed to be able to digest large amounts of meat.
Rejected by many since birth, Kar has limited outside social life, other than some favors and missions some hire him for.
