We are very excited to be hosting our 14th Sixel Airports Conference in the Sunshine State capital - Tallahassee!
Sixel conferences provide unique opportunities for you to meet and network with top airline planners in an environment in which small- to mid-sized airports are not only welcomed but valued.
The opening presentations on Wednesday, April 6th, will offer air service information directly relevant to the airports in attendance, with a focus on airline updates by industry planners. Additionally, the primary purpose of our conference is to provide scheduled time for one-on-one meetings between airport representatives and the airline planners who make decisions every day regarding air service levels in your community.
Networking opportunities include several entertaining events - occasions where you will be able to interact with airline planners, colleagues within the airport industry, Sixel Consulting staff, and management from the Tallahassee International Airport.
Our first event begins Tuesday, April 5th at 1:30pm, with a tour of TLH, followed by private tours of the Advanced Aero Propulsion Center and MagLab. The opening reception will take you to the top Level 8, of the Hotel Duval, then dinner at the venerable, Governor's Club.
On Wednesday the Tallahassee International Airport will host a festive evening of illumination at The Edison, located in a renovated power plant within Cascades Park. For those staying over Thursday evening, we will visit the Railroad Square Art Park, home to Proof Brewing. You will be able to visit the various studios/galleries within this eclectic neighborhood from our base at Proof's beer garden.
We continually strive to keep our conference costs contained while providing a comprehensive 3-day experience. The registration fee for this event is $950 per person which encompasses all meeting room rentals, (8) meals, and off-site transportation to events.
We also encourage spouses/partners/children to attend our social events, receptions and dinners, under our all-events rate package of $150 per person. If you plan to include spouses/partners and/or your children, please register them under the guest category and indicate which events they will attend.
