A man facing charges of burning a 19-year-old Mississippi woman to death in 2014 is now being accused in the 2015 death of a University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate student.Monroe Police Detective Chris Bates says a warrant for first-degree murder was filed Thursday against Quinton Tellis for the slaying of Meing-Chen Hsiao, 34. Bates said further details would be released Friday.Hsiao was found dead in Monroe on Aug. 8.The News-Star reported that Tellis pleaded guilty in May to one count each of unauthorized use of an access card that belonged to Hsiao and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. But he was not charged in her death.Tellis is jailed in Mississippi, where he's charged with capital murder of Jessica Chambers. He is scheduled to appear in court July 15 in Hernando.
