Visit The Official Old School New Body F4X Training System Website Here: http://bit.ly/1LdF7LB The Old School New Body F4X Youth-Enhancing Bodyshaping Training System For Women And Men over 40 is one of the most popular ones. It combines old school training methods with new science based training information. This combination will give you the best results to lose weight and get in shape with only working out about 90 minutes per week. My name is Daniel. I'm in the age of over 40 and I have bought the Old School New Body F4X Training System my self. I started testing it and I have to say, that I really love that program. I'm still doing the exercises 3 times a week and I have remained on the first phase of the program since several month now. Combined with a healthy eating plan, I have been able to lose a lot of weight and get in better shape. If you're interested to get more info about me, then you can do that at the follwoing page: https://oldschooldiet.com/about-us/. As you can see on that page, I'm a real person, using the Old School New Body F4X Training System every week. The system is based around four main exercises and that's the reason why it's called the F4X system. The 4 basic Old School New Body exercises are:
  • Squats (dumbbells at sides of thighs)
  • Incline presses or flat-bench presses or pushups
  • Bent-over rows (two-arm or one arm at the time versions)
  • Dumbbell upright rows
They are not difficult to do and the program does even contain some workout alternatives for those exercise, in case you don't want to use any free weights, but rather your own bodyweight. With those kind of exercises, you don't even need to invest in any equipment at all and you still can follow the F4X training program. Who's The Author Of The F4X Training System? Steve and Becky Holman, which are the authors of the program, have created this system together with their friend Jon Rowley. All of them are very well known within the fitness industry and Steve is even the chief editor of a very popular fitness magazine. What's Included With The Program? You're not only getting one PDF with some dieting and workout information. You'll also receive some additional ebooks. The complete package does include the following:
  • The Quick Start Workout Guide
  • Ultimate Fat-Burning Secrets ( 11 Pages ) – Get Leaner and do it Faster Than Ever!
  • Ultimate Health & Happiness Secrets ( 11 Pages ) – Simple Steps To A More Energetic, Healthy, And Happy Life!
  • Ultimate Muscle-Building Secrets ( 8 Pages ) – Gain Lean Muscle And Do It Faster Than Ever!
  • Ultimate Sex And Anti-Aging Secrets ( 12 Pages ) – Greater Intimacy and Youthful Vigor at Any Age!
The quick start guide is very handy and it does include an overview of the workout plans, which can easily be printed out. I liked that one, since it made it easier to follow the exercises and also write down the progress I make. How Does The Old School New Body F4X Training System Work? The system does include 3 phases. Phase One, F4X LEAN: That's the starter phase which is aimed for those who just get started. This phase does mainly use the F4X basic exercises mentioned above and you're working out 3 times a week. Each of this training sessions will be around 30 minutes and so you'll workout only 90 minutes per week to lose weight and get in shape. Phase Two, F4X SHAPE: you should only start with that phase, if you either have done the first phase before or if you already have done any kind of workouts before and you're not a beginner anymore. The phase two does include some more exercises, than just the basic ones. But you still only need to workout 3 times a week. However, within this phase the workout duration is around 1 hour per session which mean 3 hours of workouts per week. The goal of this phase is to add more muscle and burning off even more fat, especially around your belly. Those two phases can be done without any equipment and there are bodyweight training exercises included within the guide to complete those phases if you don't want to use free weights. Phase Three, F4X BUILD: This is the final phase where you're going to build up your muscles. This phase does require equipments to complete. You either can purchase them or go to the gym. This phase if aimed to those who want to get a body like a bodybuilder. This phase does also include many more exercises and you're going to need to workout on 4 days per week and each session will be more than an hour.
