Families and Youth Innovation, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization. We believe that each individual has a gift; we just have to develop it. We serve to provide an opportunity for innovation and advancement to the community through tutoring service, summer program, mentoring, and exhilarating educational events. We also aim to achieve college and career readiness.

Families and Youth Innovation, Inc. is providing free tutoring sessions to Wilkinson County students in grades 1st – 8th virtually via zoom. These services are available as the result of several people, like you, volunteering their time, so, each tutee has been asked to remain mindful of that.

Each tutee will be assigned a high school volunteer tutor. The tutoring schedule will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. We will work with your schedule as much as possible in order to allow you to service the youth. The tutoring sessions will be for an hour. This form must be completed in full before being allowed to tutor.

I must give a 24-hour notice to the executive director or site supervisor for any expected absence or tardiness. The notice can be via text, call or email using the contact info on this form.

I am to report to my site supervisor on duty or the executive director of the organization when I have a concern or feel unsafe.

Breaking this Agreement can result in dismissal from the program.
