I bought a pair of these at a store and am looking for another pair as I wore these so much I have worn them out. I have not been able to find another online. I hope they have not discontinued this line. Rockport does not show them anymore.

I was really worried about ordering shoes online without being able to try them on, but the experience was great. Rockport boots, the Lakota, fits very true to size, and is the most comfortable shoe I own. I owned a similar pair of Rockport boots that I bought maybe 15 years ago, and finally got rid of them a year or two ago. I was missing them, and these are not only similar, but better. I would highly recommend this boot and the brand Rockport to anyone who cares about their feet!

Narrow footed men seem to be forgotten!

I have to have narrow(A or B)footwear! Then use replacement thicker insoles such as Spenco. The problem with most so-called "narrow" types is the heel. And thus the 4* for this product. This "narrow" is more of a "C" width, but the heel is like what would be in a "D". Quality seems very good, they are quite comfortable, but only time will tell how the forefoot stitching will hold up. I plan on adding metal hook-ties on each side just in front of the ankle which should snug up the loose heel.
Wears this shoe: Most times when I'm awake and out of bed.
